• Payment once made is non-refunded, except in cases of technical error from our side.
• Pet Jodi does not guarantee successful connections or transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Pet Jodi is only a connecting platform.
• We do not verify the authenticity, health, breed, or ownership of pets listed.
• We are not responsible for:
  • The outcome of pet matrimony or transactions.
  • Any loss, damage, fraud, or dispute arising between users.
  • Misuse of mobile numbers shared through the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities
