1. No Refund Policy
All payments made on Pet Jodi (for viewing mobile numbers, posting ads, or any other paid feature) are final and non-refunded.
Once access to a mobile number or advertisement posting is provided, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled.
2. Exceptions for Refund
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If your payment was deducted but the feature (mobile number access or ad posting) was not activated due to a technical error on our platform.
- If there is a duplicate payment made by mistake.
In such cases, please contact us with payment proof, and we will verify the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions mentioned above, you must:

- Provide transaction details (payment ID, amount, and date).
- Our team will verify the request and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. No Guarantee of Success
Pet Jodi is only a connecting platform and does not guarantee successful pet matrimony, sale, or purchase.
Payments are strictly for accessing contact details or posting ads, and refunds will not be provided if you are unable to connect or close a transaction with other users.
